Our expertise includes post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, mobility limitations, and orthopedic conditions. Treatment is always individualized, allowing for a more comfortable, focused, and consistent recovery experience in your own home.

About Me
Jana Herr, PT, DPT, MS
Licensed Physical Therapist
I am a licensed physical therapist with over 25 years of experience providing high-quality, patient-centered care. I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and an Advanced Masters degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, with a focus on post-surgical recovery, orthopedic conditions, balance and fall prevention, and pain management. I also own and operate an out-patient practice and have served as a clinical instructor for over 18 years, helping to train future physical therapists.
I created Home Physical Therapy & Wellness out of a true passion for providing more personalized, one-on-one care - bringing therapy directly into the home. This approach allows for greater comfort, consistency, and treatment that is tailored to each patient's real-life environment. You will work with me at every visit, ensuring a focused and individualized experience.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain your independence with confidence.
